At MyKids-USA®, the safety of the children who wear and use our products is our highest priority. We carefully source materials, follow U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulations, and include required tracking labels on every garment and accessory.

General Safety Standards

• All products meet or exceed U.S. CPSC guidelines, including CPSIA requirements for children’s apparel and accessories.
• Each item is labeled with a CPSC tracking number so it can be traced to its production batch.
• Packaging and care instructions are designed to promote safe use and maintenance.

Choking Hazard & Small Parts Notice

Some products—especially accessories or items with detachable components—may contain small parts.

This warning is displayed:

• On the relevant product pages of our website
• On product packaging and hang tags
• On order confirmations and packing slips, when applicable

Parents and caregivers should always supervise young children while using products that contain small parts.

Customer Responsibility

While we design with safety in mind, it is the customer’s responsibility to use products according to the provided instructions and age recommendations. Inspect all items before first use and periodically thereafter.

• Inspect items before first use and periodically thereafter; discontinue use if wear or damage is observed.
• Remove all packaging, tags, and fasteners before giving items to children.

Materials & Compliance

• We work with suppliers who adhere to recognized safety and quality standards.
• Where applicable, products are tested for lead content, flammability, and other CPSIA-regulated criteria.

Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait du produit que vous avez reçu, nous acceptons les retours jusqu'à 30 jours après la livraison. Nous ne fournissons pas d'étiquettes de retour prépayées pour les retours. Les frais d'expédition des articles retournés seront à votre charge. L'article retourné doit être en bon état neuf. Nous n'acceptons pas un article retourné qui est porté, endommagé ou utilisé de quelque manière que ce soit. Après inspection, nous émettrons un remboursement dans les 2 ou 3 jours ouvrables suivant la réception du colis retourné.
